Shipping

Ninaleuca ships worldwide from our warehouse in Italy.

Orders are usually fulfilled within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.

Full-price items are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise Europe. Exchanges are available on Europe orders only. Returns will not be accepted for orders outside of our 7 days return policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have benn worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Goods must be received unworn and original condition with tags attached.

The Customer is resposible for paying all duties and taxes separately.

Please note that duties and taxes (and shipping costs) are not refundable through Ninaleuca.

Estimate Delivery Time

All deliveries will usually arrive in 3 to 5 days.

Delivery times are estimates, and may vary depending on the actual delivery address.

Return and Exchanges in Europe

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund of the item’s purchase price.

You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to make the return. All exchange items must be unworn, with their original tags and packaging.

To request a return, contact us at info@ninaleuca.com with your email and order ID number. A return authorization and shipping instructions will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Please do not ship your return without this authorization as it will not be processed.

Customized orders are non-refundable.

Ninaleuca reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted it will be returned to you at your cost and no refund will be issued.
